Goss Hall Cancellation Policy

Reservations must be supported by credit card details and are considered definite in accordance of the international Law whereby a reservation for a room in a guest house is a legally binding contract.

Goss Hall acts in accordance of International Law and in the event of cancellation:

• For one room – 14 days notice must be given prior to the date of arrival
• More than one room or seven nights – 30 days notice must be given prior to the date of arrival
Or the standard fee of 100% of the whole booking will be charged.

Therefore we would recommend you arranged for cancellation insurance.

A deposit will be taken at the time of booking which is non refundable.

In the highly unlikely event there is an overbooking we will arrange for a transfer from Goss Hall to accommodation of equal quality.

Check In & Check Out

Check In: Guests are asked to arrive between 5pm-7pm – if earlier or later time is required this must be made by special arrangement.

Check Out: 10:30am

Any additional extras such as taxi service flowers chocolates or champagne are available on request and will be added to your invoice
